Sheet Metal
We have over 38 years of sheet metal fabrication experience associated with the needs of siding and roofing metal flashing requirements. Painted metals, galvanized, copper, and stainless flat stock are sheared and formed for standard and custom conditions to complete siding and roofing details.
Roofing
We have over 38 years of experience in the removal, replacement, and new installation of built up, modified bitumen, single ply, metal, fiberglass and plastic roof panel systems. Denard and Moore Construction and Interstate Contractors are two of the few roofing contractors that can remove and replace roofing and decking while maintaining a dry interior for the customer without the interruption of mill production. Concrete slabs, metal decking, plywood, and tongue and groove wood planking are decking systems we commonly install. We are a member of NRCA, and can provide up to and including 20 year No Dollar Limit Warrantees.
Structural Steel
We have over 35 years experience in structural steel repair, replacement, and fabrication. This capability allows for quick responses for corrective actions and control in job scheduling and production. We can shop fabricate intricate steel conditions to ease field installation which is more cost effective for the owner.
Surface Preperation and Painting
We have over 35 years of experience in sandblasting and painting of structural steel generally in conjunction with roofing and siding activities. We are a member of SSPC.
Temporary Protective False Ceilings
We have over 29 years of experience in installing temporary protective false ceilings. These work platforms are installed over operating machinery from the roof truss system. This provides an enclosed, dried-in work platform for workers to sandblast, paint, repair steel, and remove and replace roofing and decking without interference or interruption of mill production or danger to plant employees below.
Asbestos and Lead Abatement
We have over 20 years of experience in asbestos abatement and over 15 years of lead abatement experience. Employees are trained, certified, and medically monitored to perform these disciplines. Asbestos and lead abatement are typically performed in conjunction with the removal and replacement of roofing and siding or sandblasting with painting operators.
